E 'tradition of many breweries, in this holiday season, in proposing the "Christmas Beer" means beer aromas and intense flavors, which recall those of Christmas, like sweet orange, cinnamon, and often the refermented honey.

Here at the Brasserie, this year, we tasted a couple: the Christmas of 2010 Beer Brewery Spluga (Gordona) and Biretta de Christmas Brewery 'Na Biretta (Roma).

The first is the "typical" Christmas Beer: Amber with orange cinnamon, and honey, as recommended by its "creator" Giandomenico, also good hot, like a punch, about 30 ° C.

The second one is easier amber lager, fermented honey and the strong scent of malt, excellent with cheese and herbs, and dry desserts of Christmas tradition.
