We racked!
The 23 liters of Pilsner have just started their second week, in the second fermenter.
The time is getting closer to bottle. Our
Brewer explained that he already has ambitious plans for this first born: half of the production fermented in the bottle with the traditional sugar and half fermented honey. The two beers ... anticipation ... can be called Cerevisiae (onorata!: D) and Marilyn, the blonde par excellence!
therefore await next Saturday for bottling (as you can see the fermentor is in good paws ..., the guardian does not lose sight of!), Since they are always welcome suggestions and opinions of the readers! :)
