The Bitter Taste!

The Bitter produced by using E + G and matured with oak chips France is ready to be tasted! :)
The foam is important, but not very persistent, the smell very very "peaty" taste the same.

In my opinion, not very loving spirits, cognac or whiskey, peat, I find this too intrusive and a hint of barrel, after a pint of Julia, I do not really want to be to another! :)

undoubtedly good beer as a meditation, or in combination with meats and cheeses.
Still too young, surely, to draw definitive conclusions.


The Brewmaster who created it loved it, and we are waiting to try it to other "authoritative tasters" to have opinions different from palates can appreciate that maybe Julia more than I do! :)

In my opinion, was to remain in the oak maturation in the must for a single day, not to be too and, moreover, in the final result.
